Support for notifications on feedback

It would be awesome if we could get email notifications on issues here on the feedback portal. Example. I opened a bug last week and it got a couple of comments (and fixed) and I didn’t know until I circled back. It would be awesome if there were notifications (emails) to allow us to keep up with the discussions.
