Upload map to load recipes and world limits

It would be a cool feature to be able to upload a map and have it parse out the alternate recipes that are available already. Additionally with the parsing it would be interesting to load the world limits for ore. Eg instead of the default map if I have an all Pure node map then would have a lot more maximum ore available to the factory.
