Alternate Recipe Defined Optimization

I'll try to define this as a kind of a poor man's use-case. I define my target output. Say it's 80 fuel generators burning fuel. I define the alternate recipes I've unlocked. I hit the lightning bolt on the existing UI on the fuel generator. The tool backfills, like it does now, but uses all unlocked recipes, optimizing for minimal usage of finite raw resources. You could also make the optimization a user input to say optimize for minimal power usage (Although I don't see this being a highly used option).
