Green Production Lines/Resources/Products

What determines whether or not a lines/resources turn green in the planner? I cannot seem to get a majority of my lines to turn green; they remain orange.

Hey, I understand the confusion here, I should've made it clearer. You actually want all your lines to be orange, green indicates an overflow that you will need to manage, too many items on that belt. I'll have a think about how the UI can be more clear on this.
